Omicron’s was born in 1993 as Private Limited Company. The registered office of Omicron's S.r.l. is in Policoro (MT) at 6, Via Enrico Toti, whereas the operating office is situated at 45, Via Ostigliese – 46030 in Libiola of Serravalle Po (MN) - view thw map

Our activities are: assembling, installation and design of buildings and industrial and civil plants, building and assembling of mechanical and metallic carpentries, waterworks, piping, building constructions pertaining to what above-mentioned. Normal and special weldings, plants for the production of energy. Maintenance of industrial plants in general, technological and special plants. Supply, installation and hiring of lifting and transport.

Operating-Office composition:

• n. 1 two-storey building of nearly 400 square meters
• n. 3 factory for deposit and warehouse for a total of nearly 2700 square meters
• n. 1 factory assembly production of nearly 700 square meters

The Company is endowed with:

• crane from 7 t. to 400 t.
• self-moving platforms
• welding machine
• engine-compressors, engine-generators and a remarkable minute equipment
• nearly 50 motor vehicles among which motorcars, trailers, tipping lorries

Our highly qualified personnel is divided in:

• technical Staff (Technical Manager, Project Manager)
• n. 1 Hse manager
• n. 10 Supervisor Technical
• n. 15 Office employees (Switchboard, Sales Department, Purchasing Department, Hiring, Accounts Department)
• n. 36 Qualified Welders with relative certificates released by the best Qualifying Institutes (Bureau Veritas and Concert)
• n. 320 specialist staff: mechanics, carpenters, lifting crane and pipe-makers

For a total number of 382 employees

Omicron's has also achieved the business weldings procedures for what concerns materials in P11, P22, P91, Carbon Steel and Inox Steel on pipes (Bureau Veritas).

All the external personnel is provided with PPE and equipped with all the requirements for operating in compliance with international safety laws.

Omicron’s has achieved the ISO 9001:2000 and Eurosoa Certifications as showed in the enclosed certificates.

We are official Enel and Edipower, Endesa, Ansaldo, Energia, Snamprogetti suppliers..

Our Company is also a member of CVE – Consorzio Virgiliano Energia – constituted in November 2000 by undertakers managing similar and connected economical activities, head office in Mantova. The purpose of this Association is promotion, offer and coordination of all the activities dedicated to the supply of components, prefabricated, assemblies and services for electric power production plants situated all over the world. Remarkable importance have the works performed as C.V.E. for Enel power 800 MW plants of Sermide, Endesa 800 MW Ostiglia (MN), Asm Cassano D’Adda (MI), Tirreno Power 800 MW (SV).
